What an agri-tech stand has to do
Visitors are farmers, cooperatives, agro-dealers, processors and government buyers from across East Africa. Many want to see equipment working or at least at full size, and to understand price, financing and after-sales support.
We design stands that carry heavy kit safely: reinforced platforms for tractors, pumps or processing lines, clear walkways around machines, a counter for spare-parts and service questions, and a shaded meeting area. For seed, input and irrigation companies we build product walls with demonstration trays and a screen for field results.

These are VAV Grup planning milestones, not organiser deadlines:
- February–March 2027: stand number, size, machine list with dimensions and weights; free pre-design.
- March 2027: design approval and drawings submitted as the exhibitor manual requires; power orders for live demonstrations.
- April 2027: production and pre-assembly in Istanbul.
- Late April–May 2027: sea freight to Mombasa and road transport to Nairobi, or air freight for late items.
- Build-up days before 9 June: on-site installation at KICC, then dismantling after 11 June.
What is confirmed, what is not
Confirmed by the organiser: the dates, KICC as venue, opening hours, organiser and concurrent shows. Not yet public: floor plan, hall allocation, build-up and dismantling times and machine-delivery rules.
Logistics from Istanbul to Nairobi
Stand materials are produced in Istanbul and usually shipped by sea to Mombasa, then by road to Nairobi. Machines and stand materials that return after the show normally travel under a temporary import route, for example an ATA Carnet where accepted or a bond arranged by a Kenyan clearing agent; seeds, plant material and animal products face separate phytosanitary and veterinary rules. Your forwarder confirms the procedure for each item.
What to send for a free pre-design
- Stand number, size and whether the space is indoor or outdoor.
- Machines and products to show, with dimensions and weights.
- Power or water needs for live demonstrations.
- Logo files, brand colours and photos of past stands.
- Budget range.

Can you build a stand that carries tractors or processing equipment?
Yes, with reinforced platforms and planned access routes. Floor loading and delivery doors at KICC are confirmed with the organiser before the design is fixed.
Is VAV Grup the official stand contractor of Agritec Africa?
No. We are an independent stand builder that designs and produces in Istanbul and installs in Nairobi, following the rules in your exhibitor manual.
How do machines enter Kenya for the show?
Usually under a temporary import route, such as an ATA Carnet where accepted or a bond arranged by a clearing agent, and are re-exported afterwards. Seeds and plant or animal products follow separate rules.
What does the free pre-design include?
A first layout and visual plus a written scope listing what VAV Grup designs, produces, ships and installs, and what remains with the organiser or other suppliers.
