Stand builder for Medexpo Kenya 2027, Nairobi

The 27th Medexpo Kenya runs 12–14 May 2027 at Sarit Expo Centre, Nairobi (source: official Medexpo Kenya website, Expogroup). The show covers hospital supplies, pharmaceuticals, laboratory, dental, optical, veterinary and medical equipment. VAV Grup designs and produces custom stands in Istanbul (İkitelli OSB) and delivers and builds them on site in Kenya. VAV Grup is not the organiser or an official contractor of Medexpo Kenya.

What medical exhibitors usually need on the stand

• Secure, lockable display for devices and samples, and enough power points for equipment demos.
• A quiet meeting corner for distributor and hospital procurement meetings.
• Storage for brochures and stock, and lighting that shows products without glare.

What to settle before you brief a contractor

• Your stand number and size (m²) from the floor plan, and whether you booked space-only or a shell scheme.
• Number of open sides, height you want, and products you will display.
• The organiser's exhibitor manual for 2027: build-up and dismantling days, design-approval deadline and electrical orders. We work from that document.

Timeline (counting back from 12 May 2027)

• 14–16 weeks before: brief, 3D concept and budget.
• About 10 weeks before: design package to the organiser, if the manual requires approval.
• 8–10 weeks before: production and trial assembly in Istanbul.
• 4–7 weeks before: sea freight to the port of Mombasa, customs clearance, then road transport to Nairobi (air freight to Nairobi if the schedule is late).
• Build-up days: installation by our crew at Sarit Expo Centre; dismantling after the show.
